East Perth near the small river inlet is ok.... Toyotas i know, but u get the idea

The new housting estate Minim cove, on the river, at night they have these huge floodlit walls that look like a castle. Pretty quiet so you could get away with parking there for a while. I'll take some photos there this weekend.

Also city beach carpark at down or dusk, get some great shots of the water, the cafe and sunset/sunrise in the background. Noice.

hillaries boat harbour by the boat ramps..at night you got the lights from the shops etc and the overhead from the street lights

south perth foreshore - there's a spot where you can get your car pretty damn close to the water and have the Perth City in the background (at night of course) for the lighting effect
