Thanks for all the positive comments guys, was a great day to be out, although the mad scramble to stow camera gear into bag then pull up the all-weather cover because of the intermittent rain was "interesting"

I used a Canon 40D as the body in all those shots, as for lenses, the short stuff was shot with a Canon 17-55 2.8 IS and the longer shots were shot with a Canon 100-400 IS L (hand held).

I would love to be able to get onto the other side of the fence to shoot, so many more options

nothing to flash here.. went out today for something to do as Ive got a week off work... went down behind red rooster in gosnells and there is a tree top walk you can do that goes down along a creek.. can take your kids down there and stuff..

seeing as it was only me down there it was sooooo quiet and peaceful I just wandered around for a bit...
