Looking at moving out of my apartment on Beaufort Street in Northbridge soon and if i can find a tenant to move in i won't get stung so much for breaking my lease.

Apartment is a 1 bedroom unfurnished place, not huge but more than enough for one person. Has air con, balcony overlooking Beaufort Street, bathroom/laundry and a good sized lounge/kitchen.

Has one secure car bay and a storage room downstairs. Elevator as well.

Rent is $330 a week.
