3.5kw portable airconditioner

Omega Altise APC12AC 3.5kW portable airconditioner. Purchased last summer to battle WA heat wave and did an awesome job. Set up the timer and cool down the living areas/bedrooms, easy as that.
New home has AC hence the sale.
Comes with remote, window bracket, exhaust hose and instruction manual.
