Mitch picked mine up for $249 (down from $349) as per Cams post.

Love those cars Dave!!! Very jealous!

Cam took this shot on the weekend.. Added a nice big wing to my piggy hehe.

It's already half destroyed.. lots of little crashes.

Next on the agenda is 2 x WRX Betty Shells which will get a nice coat of Matt paint.

Are there any specific tracks that have been built for rc drifting?
This looks like a lot of fun.

I just rang Marty's Hobbies to see what cars they had left in the ready built kits and apparently they only have an R35 left. She sounded pretty f@#king clueless, so that info may not be accurate.

I am thinking of purchasing the Betty STi kit off eBay. Could someone kindly point out what battery and charger (specs/brands) I should be looking at to go with the TT-01 chassis.

cheers geeks

I believe there is a track up in Bayswater.. But we've been using empty carparks and netball courts do far.

She's not looking in the right place.. they are called XB (Expert Built) Kits, and last time I was there they had about 10 left... Plus they only had R32 Skylines in this style, also batmobile RX7's and EVO tens...

Craig, I'm more than happy to head down at lunchtime and purchase one for you if you want... just spot me the money back and you can pick it up from my place.. You will need to pick up a battery and a charger... 40-50 dollars for the battery, not sure about the charger. Oh and finally get yourself a set of drift wheels as the standard tyres are a bit grippy for drifting ;-).

Cheers for the heads up. That place is just around the corner from mine, but I've got to go up to stanbridges later today for spares... broke another steering bracket last night in the skate park at munchies :P Will see what range they have up there and prices and put it up in here.
