The Stanbridges sessions are on Sundays 10am onwards. Talk to Jimbo or Luke if you go to Stannies as they are the drift guys there and the other guys are not as knowledgeable.

Ross the VDF is a very good drift chassis, a friend on mine has both a countersteer set up and a 50/50 set up which both drift very well. Make sure you order the double jointed uni's so you get the better steering angle.

I will most likely be going down to Stannies sunday arvo this week if any of you want to come down for a play.

Dug out all my old gear tonight and gave it a bit of a clean up before going over it to see what may still be usable!

Looks half decent from a distance considering its all over 7yrs old and has been sitting in a box for at least 5-6 years...

Anyway... I never really got into the Nitro, so I doubt I'll end up doing much with that other than maybe using some parts, but the Yokomo seems to be worth saving from what resident experts Dave and Ross tell me!

After picking their combined brains for a couple of hours, I've ordered a new 4000Kv brushless motor/ESC combo as well as a new Lipo battery and charger to suit!...

Now to find a decently priced Evo X shell and a new set of drift wheels...

Hanging out for it all to arrive and get it back on the road...

Very nice Jimmy! Look forward to seeing it all put together.. I think if we get enough of us together we can have a fun day of drifting. Only issue then would be the difference in speed between the cars?? Maybe have classes... TT01 Stock, and then Brushless, then Nitro hehe.

I'm about to hit the 'buy' button on a complete hop up upgrade for my TT01.. Suspention, steering, drivetrain etc etc etc..

Yeah, I can see this becoming a problem for me...

I'm going to hold out until all the new gear arrives, but already looking at a few chassis upgrades to suit... Might swap the nitro shockies over to the Yoko as they seem to be pretty fresh still..

Also, which controller style does everyone use? I've got both styles as you can see in the pic, but I'm interested in what everyone else uses?
