It definately needs a bit more work. I would have continued the path I had intended; but due to desire of a newer car. I have to let her go. I bought her in april last year off a PWRX member's friend for 2500. It had a JDM RS Legacy EJ20G with excessive blowby and oil consumption problems, and a broken 4.11 dual range gearbox. I swapped the gearbox out from my crashed champagne wagon (you've probably seen the posts) to this, only until the engine gave way completely - and then swapped it out for the current V2 STi-RA engine which was sourced from Riggs. The gearbox out of the champagne wagon (a JDM 4.44 Forester box) gave way in November last year. I since sourced the V5 STi box and it's been in the car since. All work has been completed by myself - I'm a 4th year Apprentice HD Fitter.

The front bumper will need a fresh lick of paint as whoever painted it did a horrendous job and doesn't comprehend what 'prepping' is. The paint literally chips off even after the slightest stone gets flicked up. I've sanded a few points back and sprayed them with touch up; but realistically it needs to be rectified properly. Cosmetically the car is in excellent condition, with very little dings - there is some slight surface rust on the top front windscreen seal; but the windscreen does not leak. Most rims have rash.

I fitted some genuine STi coilovers sourced from stace which have been fantastic up until about a week ago as they've both developed knocks. I'll try change the dampening settings and see if it gives me any luck; but I fear these will need to be eventually changed out of it bothers you.

The clutch will also need replacing in the near future. It holds up fine @ 10psi boost, but anything above it has a tendency to slip - especially when it's cold. The starter motor has inherited some issues as of late too; but this will be replaced upon sale.
