Unfortunately the market is pretty bad for sellers so I'd say between $30-35k which is a lot higher than what ADM 06-07's are going for, even then it might be too high for the market.

There are also quite a lot of newer model STi's going for between $35-45k which buyers would be more inclined to buy and modify than buy and older limited edition car.
