Default Dell Inspiron 5150 laptop - $250

Hi everyone,

Got a Dell Inspiron 5150 Laptop for sale.

$250

What's wrong with it:

- It does not have a HDD
- It has a power issue i.e. there is a loose connection or solder joint somewhere inside which causes the laptop to switch off if you bump it.

It's perfect for parts though, or a repair if you're tech savvy, and the price reflects this. If you get it working, its a great desktop replacement PC.

Specs:

- Intel Mobile Pentium 4 3.2ghz
- 512mb DDR SDRAM
- 15" SXGA display
- NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 AGP 4x Graphics 64mb
- 4x DVD+RW
- Intel Wi-Fi 802.11g card
- 56k modem
- Built-in ethernet
- 9 cell High-Capacity Battery (as opposed to the standard 6 cell battery), which is less than 12 months old
- Keyboard, touch pad and palm rest replaced less than 12 months ago.
- AC Adaptor included
- LCD screen is 100% perfect with no dead pixels or scratches
- Rest of laptop is in great condition, never been dropped.
- Interfaces:
2 x Hi-Speed USB
1 x Display / video
1 x S-Video
1 x Ethernet
1 x Modem
1 x Line in/out
1 x IEEE 1394 (FireWire)

I'll also throw in the old keyboard, palm rest and touch pad. These work absolutely fine, but I replaced them as they were getting a little worn through use when I was at uni.
