207 short engine.
Just the bottom end. Has forged pistons etc.

Its at maximums,
Its been checked and bores look good,
Looks like its from a bugeye judging by gears on the crank
still has original water pump gasket, and gasket on the two halves of the block so it hasnt been split open before.
cooling system looks ok.
unsure on kms
Mms said its worth around $1500.
$500. Need deposit for car

You may want to clarify.
You said it's a bare block, but then mention the crank???

Bare block = an empty crankcase, nothing in it, worth maybe $300.

Short engine = Case halves assembled, crank, rods and pistons all inside.
