It takes a bit of practice but if you know how to do it it's quite easy. Trick is to just cover the holes with as little of the glue as possible in order to make it "squirt" out the top and make a good seal. Its the bits that squirt out that set and lock it to the puller and if you don't make this happen properly you won't get anything to happen. Most dents are gone after the first pop, with the occasional few needing a second go but this is very rare.

I especially liked the part in that commercial where the the device was repairing dents that didn't exist.

Very unlikely it will remove a dent completely from a crease but may make it smaller.

I bought one of these and a $200 sliding dent puller from the states which I prefer but one thing I found was you can re-use the glue, I found by keeping it hot (by sitting mine on top of a lamp) you can just keep dipping the tabs in it, I used about one stick to do my whole car, had I used the gun I would have used at least 20.
I got about 80% of most dents out but because the car has been painted before the paint will come off in places (needs re-painting so I don't care) but certainly makes the divets much easier to handle/bog., will try to get some pics up tomorrow.

I've got all sorts of dent removing tools ranging from the cheapo bent bits of wire ones to the professional PDR ones and funnily enough I had more consistent luck with these elcheapo kits than anything else.

Good idea about reusing the glue though. I had thought of using a heat gun and reusing it that way but never got around to it but it makes sense why you should be able to. Sure beats buying a whole kit just to get a few sticks of glue which is why I tried using "normal" glue but the results weren't that good.

But if you can get some before and after shots up that'd be sweet.

I'm thinking an old frying pan would be perfect, I threw one away about 4 weeks ago DOH!!! Even the stuff I scrape off with the prepsol or shit that falls on the ground I re-used, the black glue I got from the states sticks like shit to a blanket & the rounded tabs are brilliant, you get 6 different sizes.

I got him to throw an extra 7 sticks of glue in as the gun is 110v and useless here.

I also bought a stack of stainless rods from 3 - 10mm but I need to make a striped light of some description before I go too crazy but the glue pulls them far enough out to make the tools easier to use, just got to get around to it.

So it may remove paint from already painted door?. Doest the painted surface require any pre prep then if you have recently waxed the pannel?
