Have a set of racing hart rims and tyres with approx 80% tread.

215/35/18 - Will clear guards on GC8's.

Immaculate condition, can mms pics.

I'm yet to see any 215/35/18's that are legal on GC8 though.

Is the load rating 87 or higher?
