Yep, same as mine. Try what I said just then next time. Hold the remote closer to the receiver ( should be near the passenger foot rest). I always have the same problem as yours near the Arena or Roe...

Is this the remote key pad with the four keys?

Try pressing the unlock button closer to the receiver. I have the same problem near that area.
