Ok we decided on a Diesel Xtrail. Absolutely love it! So good on fuel. Came with rubber floor mats etc. Best mats ever!

Took it to Lano and had fun in the dunes and on the beach. Got bogged once....

Took an xtrail and crv for a test drive last night. Both where really nice. The interior of the xtrail is ugly as sin on the pre 08 models though. So looking at maybe financing a bit more money that...

Really? Ok thanks for the tip. I thought the power was pretty good in the gv's.

Also didn't know that xtrails where 2 wheel drive. That would be good on fuel.

People dont seem to say much about the GV. I dont like the rear drum brakes on them but lockable center diff and plated rear diff is good! Thoughts?

Ideally a car bigger than the getz is priority. Good for camping and a bit of beach work aswell. I really like the GV's. Just hoping for some first hand experience with these cars. ...

Thinking about selling my wifes Getz and get into a soft roader. I really only want to spend about $15k.

Dont want a subaru. Dont like N/A engines in them and they are poo boxes.

Want a 4 door...
