If the pin has been "flattened" it will just pull...

If the pin has been "flattened" it will just pull out from the engine side and be left in the gearbox housing... it will come out

Mate, the photo above does NOT show the said clutch fork pin at all. it is further to the right...

If you have taken the clutch fork pin out and start trying to separate the box from the engine...
