I have the CGU policy mentioned above, mainly due to wanting cover if my aquarium broke (or some wanker thief decided to break it during a B&E), or if the LCD topples over, etc.

Even if you had accidental damage, it doesn't...

Even if you had accidental damage, it doesn't cover failures. It covers accidental damage... eg. if you put something through the glass door of the oven or if it caught fire while you were cooking...
