I must be doing something wrong, had the AD08s on for about 30,000km (don't know how I managed that) with about -2.5/.1.0 f/r and haven't killed my shoulders yet....

Personally I wouldn't want to go lower than 125mm to 130mm, mainly for driveways and not wanting to eat my bumper for lunch.

Ah yeah, pretty much the same as the Koni's in my car, they have the rebound adjuster at the top of the strut.

I spent some good money getting the right tools to make sure that I wouldn't damage...

For oem: using a pass through socket and a 6mm allen key (or allen socket if you have it) for the fronts, 5mm for the rears.

On the upside you should have the twin scroll sump, so if you go down that path, one less thing to worry about doing.
