MY03 ecu into a MY01
hey everyone i done a quick search but didnt find what i was looking for.
Does any one know if a my03 peanut eye ecu will fit into a my01 bug? Thanks matt

For a start, the MY03 ECU has AVCS and the MY01 doesn't.. which means it may not work.
Someone else can probably confirm this though. Do you not already have an ECU in your car?

I do but as you may be aware of the my03 ecutek tuned ecu for sale on the forum, as a aprentice cant affored to fork out the full price. Think i might just go verso.

You will need to get the ECUTek re-tuned to suit your car and mods... It's not plug and play with custom tunes.
Make sure you factor that into your calculations.
