Default Just put a globe in the CEL and ABS now having dramas

Hi all, new to the forum as I just bought a '95 GF8.

Bit of background on the car.. I bought it with an overheating problem (blown head gasket) which is fixed now. The car has had a new rad support panel welded on at some stage and doesn't look like the best job in the world as holes don't line up properly and are elongated.

So.. I just put globes in the CEL socket and the ABS socket on the dash.

Haven't tried to tackle the ABS faults yet but the ECU has stored fault codes; 21 (engine temp), 22 (knock sensor) and 35 (canister purge valve).

I've replaced the knock sensor with a later liberty one (had to change the plug).

I've unplugged the temp sensor and checked the contacts and they seem fine.

I can't seem to find a purge solenoid in the engine bay anywhere. There is a vacuum actuated valve on the second purge line that runs from the charcoal canister to the air box but that is it.

Does anyone have any idea what sensor is throwing this code 35?

Next question is.. is there any way to erase these codes without driving the vehicle as it is not licensed yet?

Thanks in advance for any help,
Paul..
