UPDATE: Jeremy Clarkson Quits Top Gear, Show Cancelled for Good - autoevolution now what's with some saying that's it he quit? Then recent news saying he's taking lawyers to it now against the BBC for defamation (saying he punched someone)...I guess its still pending investigation then

We've all read that too. No where has JC said definitively that he quits and that TG is cancelled.
Until the BBC issue an official statement after the investigation most of it is just media speculation and hearsay.
