That is a good thing. Plex is simply the best of the DLNA softwares.

Sadly, my Synology, being an ARM processor version, won't allow Plex. I was initially pissed that it didn't but the DSvideo is very good in the latest updates. Almost as good as PLEX as it also automatically downloads cover images and details for TV series and films if labelled well.

It is a bit hit and miss at times, especially with the way in which they do the routing of data.
Not too bad for a device that only costs you a one off fee!

Will be looking into the Maige device to see what other channels it has available, thanks for the heads up!

Edit: Just had a look at the channels available and some one was impressed!

I used to predominantly use pirate streaming sites as I'm a pretty watch on demand guy. Places like solarmovie link to various sources where you can stream content as its released, but the quality isn't that great. I hit up torrents for things like GoT that are a must have in good quality.

After seeing a post in here about using a VPN to access Netflix I have decided to give that a go and only a couple of days in but pretty happy overall. Internet is still fast through the new DNS servers and netflix is great, good quality streaming.

Still missing a few of my favourite shows though so I'll keep torrenting them.

One day we will have some legitimate services here, but until that day I will carry on as I am

Tony if you're going to be guinea pig let me know your opinion. I'm very interested purely for sports channels.

Give a DNS changer like UnblockUS or Getflix a trial. I think you'll find it faster and cheaper.

If anyone figures out how to get SkyHD live F1 coverage streaming let me know

Only way i've seen so far is to buy a DODGY Indian TV streaming box which looks like utter horse shit.
