Always good quality products for the price as well.

My experience was good too. I twisted his arm to save a few bucks on courier charges and arranged for me to pick them up myself from Doug's workshop (cause Rob is there very often anyway). He went and couriered them to Doug's workshop anyway so now I feel guilty lol!

I haven't bought from Rob yet, but know I definitley will be soon. Had nothing but good experiences from dealing with him in enquiries etc.?

Ordered shifter bushings last night about 8:30pm. Woke up this morning to see comments & status as Delivered (sent) all from last night.

Not often you get speedy & personal service like that...particularly after business hours.

just got my MY00 sti front lip, updated me at every stage of the processing and recieved item very quickly.

all fits nice and well plus it only took 5 minutes to install

Had the oppertunity to meet Rob face to face today as he delivered my [B][U]extremely[/U][/B] cheap 22b Replica Spoiler.

Very impressed with the service mate and also always great to shake the hand and put a face behind a forum members name.

Just received a call from Rob.

Dispute Resolved.

I had ordered a few items and replies and responses were extremely prompt and professional. I've had many close friends deal with Rob personally and putting the great prices aside I was extremely happy with his professionalism.

We had arranged a time that suited me more as well as a location and the delivery of the items. I'm yet to have them fitted or painted but I will comment and throw pictures up once they are on but for now every question I had was answered extremely quickly and he even helped me out with stuff that I didn't directly ask for but he knew I needed.

Awesome service, great products, definitely looking forward to purchasing again when I have some spare cash.

Thanks for the positive comments guys - it is appreciated. Just a reminder that I don't run a shop front and most deliveries where ever possible are via courier with orders via the website.....If you ring me and say I need this part right and I need it right now - chances are I cannot help you ....but if you have a level of flexibility and can order ahead by a day or 2 or more - then 99.9% of the time I can help out.

It is preferred to buy via the website and I will courier the parts out to you where possible.

I just wish I could have collected it, it seems you are just up the road from me, and I hate spending money on postage/couriers.

Not complaining one bit though, very happy with the product and the service!

Fitted today, jeez I wish I had some stands, pretty hard going with the stubby philips, but all good!
Less is more with the lip, really unobtrusive. The fit is quite good, the lip's finish is also pretty good.

Rob is an absolutely top guy to deal with, and withing 36 hours of paying i had all my parts arrive at my door. It's just made my day 10 times better. Fantastic service and communication. Cannot recommend/thank Rob enough!!

Bit overdue, but another +1! After receiving a spoiler with cracks (mustve been a random one off) Rob happened to stumble across my post about getting my car painted in which the spoiler was mentioned so he replaced it with a new one in perfect nic free of charge right to my door!

Sitting at work today, I hear some commotion from the factory. "Is Kim here? Where is Kim?"
So I think to myself, hmmm whats going on. It was the courier with my Short shifter I ordered from Rob.

Wow I was like a little kid again, signed off for the delievery, ripped apart the packaging to look at my shiny new shifter. Finished up the work I had one and sat in the car park pulling the car apart. bugger! my Circlip pliers vanished. So I ran to All Star Garage to borrow a pair and ran back (Think I pulled a hammy running also, been that long lol) 30 min job. centre console pulled apart, stock shifter out, Ultrex Lever in and car back together again.

i also received my shifter this afternoon (can't belive how quick it came, only ordered it Mon night!!) and like you couldn't wait to stick it in. About 45 mins was all it took, taking my time and wow what a difference, feels great compared to stock, it's my first mod to the liberty :D and i couldn't be happier, thanks Rob, great product, great service
