Default unichip + boost pressure

after digging around my new car a bit i found it has a unichip box installed as well as what i assume to the the turbo/boost module component.

it looks to have the stock turbo (TD04) as well as a legal TBE (cat/res etc..)
and front mount. after changing the seized bov to a plumb back unit it drives really well, nice power delivery etc for my first wrx.

now my question is what kind of boost pressures would you expect to tune a car in this basic set up?
ideal and limit?

im yet to rig up a gauge and see where its at.

also with going back to the plumb back system is the factory ecu going to re learn the parameters or is it not part of the equation in these ecu's (+ the piggy back)

How long is a piece of string?

Could be stock boost, 1 bar, 1.2/3/5/ bar

If I was a gambling man I would say but that is in no way any sort of educated guess.

As Alex said they make a good doorstop.

Get a real ecu if you want more power & then you can get a real tune.... Rather than being confined by the lies the piggyback can tell your factory ECU (which is generally just modifying the MAF signal to add more fuel).

They are then best bang for buck ECU's for your GC8.
