Default Verso done

Hey guys got the verso done today at ASG....

Mods that i have ....
TBE
K&N PANEL FILTER
FUEL PUMP

got it tuned today and pulled 246awhp...

Seem about right for them sort of mods? it picked up 26awhp and feels alot smoother to drive.

What sort of 1/4 mile times?

I'd say closer to a 12.8 as you've only added about 16kw and were doing something like a 13.1 before, hope I'm wrong though.

I'm pretty sure I got around 281 at the hubs...so I'm guessing 246 at the wheels is about right...It all depends on how much boost you are running. I'm running about 1.4bar tapering off to 1.3...

Verso + ASG = Hub dyno which means HP at the hubs, NOT 246awhp!!

Has it always been the case? If so my 276awhp should be changed to hub powahhh ahaha.

I thought 246awhp was very low for an STI. Hubs explains all

Cars tuned up at ASG in Malaga on their new dyno have always been HP at the Hubs.

ie. Wheels removed and Dyno bolted to the hubs.

And each dyno reads differently... This brand reads higher, this brand reads lower etc etc etc.

IMO hub is the best for consistent comparisons, as there are no issues about tyre pressures, wheel spin, car not strapped down properly etc etc etc.

Honestly who gives a fuck about whether you call it AWHP or AHHP?

I agree. I would like to know the supposed difference it would make from hub to wheels. Cant be that much can it? Alot less weight to spin up though.

well once you get re-tuned russ, you will have the hub dyno printout from asg, then when we go to tenagah's for a wheel dyno we can compare & see what the difference is
