You definitely don't need one

Put it this way...it'll work fine if its setup correctly, but you wont gain any benefit from it over the stock one. Therefore, you don't need one.

depends if you have modified your fueling system... eg parallel rails...with bigger pump

as said it depends on the fuel pump he is runnin and what figures he is pushing
