Will look into this when i rip the dash out. I currently have all the actuators, but am just missing the interior temp sensor and the sun light sensor.

The job shouldnt be to bad. I have done this once before on my old rx impreza, though it was a 96, and the wiring harness was not one massive harness like my 99. It was just the dash harness that i had to modify. Last time i did it without a wiring diagram (couldnt get one), but i had a few wires left over, i assume they went to the engine temp and possibly somewhere else (ECU possibly) . I think there were 3 wires.

But i want to hook these up this time.
