hey guys me and my mate have both done big ends i dont wanna pay 8-9 k on a new engine want to get out of it cheap if anyone nos where to get a bottom end sti short block from would be much appreciated i have 00 sti v6 i have internal work done to and hes got a 02 bug eye sti...
any ideas would also be handy

No way not 7k installed. I would say about $4500 mabey abit more

Put down the crack pipe. There is no way you can get an EJ207 supplied and fitted with new water/oil pump and gaskets for $4500

HA HA HA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH as above joe is right, and pass the crack pipe down here nigs.

PS: when i priced mine up, it was 7k installed or if my heads where fucked / needed work up to 9k depending on the damage.
