i have templates to make a set with brackets probably around 250bux to cover costs.. the material is the proper stuff but around 6mm thick.. i have a roll of red.

the flaps are a fitment for GD series but im sure with some minor modification, it can fit the GC/GF models.

Genuine STI Mud Flaps
The RRP for a set of these mudflaps is $883.00, and they are to suit 94-00 Impreza.
These are old stock that we have to clear out because we need the space.
2 x Red Sets Front and Rear with White STI logo $100 per set

I have a set from MRT. Well I had a set, they sit quite low and touch speed bumps and the ground on slopes, so the pair on the rear have pulled off. Recommendation- cut an inch off the bottom to increase ground clearance. They are tricky to fit and hard to cut.
According to Polar, the material is available from Go-Gear Osborne Park so you could make your own.
