In fact you don't need one...can be done with screwdriver and hammer to loosen lock nut the turn the adjuster by hand, then re-tighten lock nut

With a bigger hammer!!! haha

I've done it with a screw driver and a hammer heap of times, not dodgy at all. Works better than a C Spanner when they are done up very tight.
