lol, suck it up, dig ur trench, and pay ur $300! :P

its a complete ass raping, oh, and if ur planning on actually getting a phone line into your house, then be prepared to pay another $150 on top.

trust me, i'm in the process of doing it all!

Are there any people on here who can hook up the phone line thru the roof? I would be keen for a cashy...

wahahaha....guess i gotta suck it up....at least i've got the line in house, there goes my mod for $300 on my ride..........ahaha

I do 100's of these for iiNet customers every day :-)

the $299 charge does hurt especially when Telstra just need to Program the line from there end.

Or send a tech to do a simple connection in the pit.

Customers complain as to what the $299 charge is paying for.

Luigi, you work for iiNet?

Have you had a previous line before in the house? e.g an optus cable line?

If you have the line in the house the existing telstra one i gather your on a PAF DONOR line which means your permanently away from telstra....so i could maybe get your line reconnected for free if you have an existing telphone number at your house.
