anyone know were i can get a k&n panel filter? does abdus sell them? and the panel filters dont need oil or anything like that do they? dont want to have to worry bout oiling filters n all that crap and also jezza how does ur p-west cai sit i cant remember what it looked like the other week, does it connect into the original airbox? can u post up a pic of ur engin bay with the cai in it?

K&N or similar need oiling. Paper filters do not. Judging by the BMC I put in the gixxer a few months back there is a gain to be had ( 3 KP/h on the 1/4 in the bikes case ) but you do need to clean and oil occasionally.

If your a lazy bastard like me stick to paper. Bike is BMC car is still paper and will stay that way.

Yeah, i'll let you know soon. Got a few jobs on the go at the moment but wanted to try this stock air box. The intercooler bracket worked a treat by the way. Cheers! Just fabricated another one for the other side and the cooler fit like a glove.
