Chasing a new ECU for ma ride, its got a Verso only atm, not too happy with the performance, so was thinking of 2.

First in mind is an Autronics
and then Motec,

Ive got a MY04 WRX, atm putting out 298HP with a STi VF39, planning to upgrade to a GT28 or so, but first has to come the ecu,

So what i need help with is where i can get one without emptying out ma pockets. Been quoted $4000 inc. fitting an tune, i know you can get them around $1500 without fit or tune, just not sure where. Im happy to buy direct from japan.

Any help will be much appreciated.

autronic and motec are australian products...

I don't think japan is where you need to be looking.

Autronic will be cheaper than Motec.

Choose your tuner, find out what they prefer and go with it.

Motec with options will be a $4-5k spend.
