amazing the amount of money some people are wanting for their auction-purchased hail damaged imprezas

kids have the nerve to tell me i havent done my research when i realistically low ball them...

"cost nothing to fix", "yeah you can insure it no problems", "nah this hasnt been on a WOVR"

sigh- anyway, still looking if anyone knows of one

We use to get this all the time, just let them know that if its no cheap to fix, do it for me and I'll pay 'X' amount on inspection

oh i know its not cheap to fix, and i truly have no intention of fixing it,

just not prepared to line the pockets of an ill-informed kid who thinks he scored a bargin at the auctions!

not like i'm being fussy, but when undamaged ones are only a few $k more with none of the pitfalls, i'm just amused by the reactions when i give them a reality check.

saw a red 06 sedan today, advertised as an 'RX' when it was clearly an 'R' totally covered in dents, yet he tells me its worth $21k, but for sale at $10.5k, which he probably paid too much for at auction for anyhow. he didnt like the idea of taking 7k, yet happy to argue that its worth more... amusing logic.
