WHEELS for RS Liberty CHEAP

Hey, I'm looking to pick up a 1991 RS Liberty as my daily but need some wheels for it as he wants to keep the Rims he has on it,

Basically just chasing any rims with legal tires.. obviously looking for at least a set of 4.Not real fussed what they look like as long as they have decent tread on them an there CHEAP for now.
