At least the RA-R style one won't wear like the leather one on the
silver ring that surrounds the shift pattern but might have a dodgey
shift pattern which is off centre etc, the genuine leather one looks
better IMO.

Depends on how much you want to spend Damo, $30 for a eBay
knock off or $70 for either a genuine RA-R one or genuine leather
STi one like I put up.

They all do the same job but it comes down to personal choice.
