Anyone have a spare front lip sitting around, mendable or new cond that i can buy off them...
thought i'd ask before I go buy a new one.

This time make sure it's put on securely but don't crack the bolt holes as it
will just come flying off again.

I (Tino) used screws on mine instead of the nuts and bolts that were supplied
and I've hit it quite hard many many times and it hasn't budged, the bumper
would come off before the lip does.
