WTD : my03 onwards impreza shell / donor
Basically got pretty bad roof damage to a my03 sti (roof caved in), so looking at the best / any possible solution to get it fixed or transplanted over.
What options do i have? Can anybody give me any advice or point me in the right direction. I've been quoted ~$6-8k to repair at one workshop, and another told me to sell it? Should I fix it, or would it be better to find a shell/donor or finding the required parts myself. I was thinking about buying a damaged car/shell and using that as a donor car, or finding a rolling shell and transplant sti gear over? I have a 2005 GX Impreza rolling shell with or without running gear. If your shell is really that rooted maybe it could help. send me a PM with what you need and what you think it wouldbe worth??

Oi that's my shell Dougie, I'm still waiting for that PM Tino said you were sending me haha.
This would be the perfect thing for you to resurect your roof damaged STi so I hope it all works out for you EvA.

how bad is the damage has it pushed in the pillers also??? If thats teh case then a donor car would be the best option..
im chasing rear 1/4 panels and rear door skins if u needed to offload anything..

there is damage to the top roof pillars, and it would be pulled in due to the impact.
dont have access to camera. Lost my usb cable for current camera so will have to borrow one of a mate.. but will up pics soon..

Straight not so much needing to be rolling chassis sounds like a good option here.
