well its really noisy and struggles sometimes and doesnt wanna go into a gear

Drain it, collect the oil and examine it. Also collect any particles from the magnet on the drain plug. If a bearing is on the way out it would be worth repairing your box before it takes teeth off. Let me have a drive next time you're in my area.
