pimpreza, are the v4 seats more hugging than the 99/00 rex would you or someone know?

also im sure the v4 are also more hugging than V5/6 sti also?

Could do what I did and snag a pair of genuine Recaro's for $150, get them retrimmed through a work contact for peanuts, and have brand new looking seats for less than a pair of used STI buckets (that's excluding rails though, they were like $600 for the pair inc shipping :S)

I know they are tighter than the Bug I had but I don't think they are much different from my old 99, but these are JDM so possibly tighter & I think V3 though not 100% sure. I picked them up for $300 about 5yrs ago off Darren because the drivers side wing was bent in & they were filthy, I just chucked it on the floor & stood on it while pushing the seat & 30sec later it was fine, match the ones in the V3 STI rear cut perfectly.

Karina, you gotta realise you'll be sitting in someone else's sweat whether you buy another set or keep these, I'd rather wash them ;-0. Between Seagull & I we've probably done 10 sets of cloth seats & every one has come out like new, even to the door inserts & carpet for that sparkling new look, it's surprising how fast they dry out in the sun.

yeah I do realise that, but these are bad. i got some fabric cleaner and was scrubbing for almost an hour, and it was just brown. a bit too sweaty i think.
