Wtd: Vf38

Got a mate with a Liberty GT its auto and is fitted with a VF38, turbo has gone so he needs a new one.

where is the best/cheapest place to buy one? Subaru want $5000 for a new one, he only wants a new turbo doesnt want to risk a second hand one.
