The RX bumper is actually that second image. When I bought my 98 RX that's the bumper that was on it.

As far as I'm aware the RX from the start has run the WRX bumpers. Did it for the pre-facelift too (e.g. Cat's RX). And I haven't seen another RX (my mates backyard repaired one aside) run the foglightless bumper.
