if you're gonna do this Dave, why not just get a FMIC fabricated and be done with it?

My reason being because the SH Forester requires a shit load of hacking to get a FMIC to fit and I would have remove the larger ali radiator I have had installed and go back to a much smaller one.

Surely a custom fabrication around to avoid the radiator and cutting numerous holes would be more benfical than getting not much more out of that TMIC?

im not suggesting you use china intercooler but this is a 550x180x65 whixh is similar to the process west intercooler used in their v-mount kit to mount high behind your grill, not covering the radiator?

then custom pipes around everything so no holes cut? i dunno, havent had a good look at how much room is left in your bay?

I have come across this item which looks to be a good option for a little of water spray loving on the tmic in tight spaces
