Default Decently Modified wrx or sti

Looking at buying a wrx or sti that's ready to go .
Probably won't find a genuine sti for that price unless it's a bug or 99 as 15k is the limit.

I'd let my V3 STI wagon go for $12k. Fresh paint and driveline has only seen 33k

Stock 2003 with less than 50 000 kms. Great starting point if you decide to go that way instead. Stock WRX

I like the first 2003 wrx you showed me . But it's a bit stock . Something over 300 atw would be good . And a strong gear box

let me summarise:
So you are looking for a decently modified car with over 300 (presumably HP) atw, with a strong gearbox (most likely that means at least a PPG box or STi 6MT), that is under $15k and you think the bugeyes are a bit old?
krp2nyt and DukeDrifter like this.

With that budget....you won't get a car with 300HP

However..

There is a white bugeye STI for sale.. 115,000kms, 6MT, brembos, 207 and all the goodies.

15k...spend a few some $$ on turbo, injectors, intercooler and tune. will give you 300HP

Only suggestion with that kind of budget and something newer than a classic.
DukeDrifter likes this.
