Hi all,

Bit of a long shot here, but I have just purchased a new daily, a Gen 3 Liberty wagon (99) and am after a couple of bits and pieces to get her good as new.

The 'finisher' across the rear tailgate (the big plastic light fixture) has a dirty big crack in it between the letters R and U, that likes to collect water and screw up rear tail lights. So I'm after a new one. Have sent a couple of emails to local wreckers (Japline & Paramount) but have got nothing back.


Also, the climate control unit main operating buttons - auto and off - don't actually work. Might pull them out and have a look, but would anyone have any suggestions for these also?

Ok the rear garnish/finisher and lights look like this:


I have found a couple on eBay in Japan etc, but would prefer to source locally if possible!

Sourced both of these parts and a few extras from Mick at Japline.
Was a great help and very good prices.

Now it just needs an EZ36 engine and a Garrett turbo. Maaaad!

Got one for a Gen 2 sedan but that's not much help, they were over $700 to replace 10yrs ago, good luck.
