Wanted: Standard zorst for MY00 buy or lend

Have to change my car from Tassie to W.A plates pretty soon and apparently that requires a trip to the EPA to make sure the car is roadworthy. I'm pretty sure my turbo-back won't make the 90db test

so I am after a standard or noise legal exhaust from the turbo-back to fit a MY00 to buy, lend or hire just so I can pass the test.
