Office Allrounder/Receptionist

One of Perth’s leading design company’s has an opportunity for an organised Office Allrounder/Receptionist.

We are Perth’s premier Brand Management Company specializing in Graphic Design, Advertising, Web Design and Multimedia Development. Our business primarily targets large corporate clients and we are looking for an organised, bright individual to be the face of our team.

We are looking for someone who;

· Is a highly organized multi-tasker,

· Is proficient in MYOB and account procedures,

· Has an excellent phone manner,

· Is motivated with a bright personality,

· Has excellent communication skills.

The role involves answering and directing phone calls, accounts receivable/payables, banking, maintaining and purchasing office supplies, maintaining records and basic data entry.

Experience in an office administration position and a bright, friendly personality is essential.
