Update is that I am now 500 kms into the new engine and all is well and very strong, starts first up, idles well, no smoke at all, oil levels fine.

I had the S2 AOS removed when the new engine went in and have STechnic building and fitting a custom catch can set up. The stock fuel injectors, airbox and a few other pieces will also be going at the same time with any luck.

I have recently put a hyperflow catch can on, and most of what I have caught is moisture and a little bit of oil making a grey liquid. Glad its not going back into the sump.

The update on the ASG/Stechnic built Cosworth Racing Wagon is I have finished the first 1000 km on the new engine. Zero issues, runs perfectly, starts first try every time, no afr issues, idle is excellent not too lumpy thanks to stage 2 BC Cams and springs and the combined engine building skills and knowledge of the teams at ASG/Stechnic

BBK-M is supposed to make 240 kw atw (we will see)

Ready for full boost tune on Monday . Optimum boost is 22 psi for the BBK-M so that will be the instructions to Sean.

I have an arvo tuning session at RAC on Dec 3 and WAW on Dec 5th for testing.

I have another PSR Blouch turbo ordered but it will not arrive until later in the week. It also requires larger 3" inlet pipe which will be supplied. I expect to use a CAI with this set up as well. This combination should see 280-300 kw atw and should more than do me.
