Maybe PM American Dave, I'm not 100% sure but I suspect he has had some guard pulling done on his Foz to get those 19" rims underneath the guards and maintain a lowered stance.

will borrow a 6" from work tomorrow and grind off all the inner lip flat
@mark yeah if this doesn't work might have to borrow teh guard roller with heat gun but not confident enough lol

Haha.. The 19"s went on easy! He was going to get spacers for them after we put them on as they were too sunk into the guards!

I did the heat gun with mallet technique which worked
but to really get into it I have to grind some more metal off

Id be getting the guard pulled before I went at it with an angle grinder personally, especially if you've already flattened the lip.....

Fair enough mate, its your car. Could you take a photo of the rears its shows how much the rear overhangs?
