Oh only about a million. Have a look in the Horsepower thread for some other peoples results. But VF34, STI top mount, you already have the exhaust, intake and fuel pump should probably get you between 270 and 300hp depending on how much boost you pile in.

Also there is no need to purchase new injectors, ASG can decap your standard ones which bumps them from 440cc to 816cc

Whats the safest boost you can run on it without it blowing up? How much boost do i need to run for around 300hp?

I'd suggest aiming for around 280hp with that setup on the EJ205 will be a safer boost level... ~18psi-ish!?
