just found an aus spec 5 speed in a wrecker in Malaga $1650.00 exchange!
if i cant find any thing private this weekend I think im gonna have to go for this one. Can't be without a car much longer =-(

could buy 2 fn commodores for that price!

thanks mate, but it looks like i've secured a 05 6 speed and rear diff to suit

So much for not wanting to waste cash on a car worth 11k....

Without pushing any extra power out of the car, not sure of the need to get the 6speed though. That being said, I wish I had one....

I figured the 6 speed would definately aid resale value, plus I don't wanna break another 5 speed tissue box

Am I right in guessing this 6 speed and diff setup would be lsd?

Well I finally finished my Torana (for now) and have some time to get back on the forum. Gazzanats 2012 was the deadline for the car so we worked frantically and here's the result




skids were fun too!

now I have to spend some time on wrx to bring her up to scratch, then may even sell and upgrade!
